- Waterloo Town Square South Lot — about a 2-minute walk; like most Uptown municipal lots it is free for 2 hours on weekdays 8 AM–5 PM, and free on evenings and weekends
- The City of Waterloo Uptown Parkade on King St (paid, $4/hour), street parking on and around King St S (check posted signs), and the mall lot behind the LCBO
Transit
- ION LRT: Waterloo Public Square stop (northbound, on King St at the north end of the square) and Willis Way stop (southbound, on Caroline St) are a few minutes’ walk north; Allen stop is a short walk south on King St S. GRT buses run along King St.

- Fresh thread a freshly cut, single-use cotton thread for every threading client, discarded after the service.
- Clean, private rooms treatments happen one-to-one in a private room on Floor 1, inside the Luna Aesthetics clinic.
- Skin prepared properly skin is cleansed before every service and soothed after it.
- Checked before we start retinoids, Accutane, allergies and pregnancy are asked about before any treatment.

Booking questions
What is the cancellation and late policy?
If plans change, cancel or reschedule as early as you can — at least 24 hours ahead is the courtesy we ask — using the link in your Jane confirmation email or by texting +1 365 336 7271, so someone on the wait list can take the time. If you're running late, text us: we'll fit in as much as possible, but a late start may mean a shorter service so the next client isn't kept waiting.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Jane App shows any payment or card requirement for your chosen service before you confirm, so there are no surprises at the end of booking. If you'd rather not book online, call or text +1 365 336 7271 and we'll book you in by phone. Ask us anything about payment before your visit — we'll answer straight away.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes — gift cards are sold online through the Jane booking page using the "Buy Gift Card" link. Because the Jane account is shared with Luna Aesthetics, text +1 365 336 7271 after buying so we can note that it's for an MK Elegance Studio service. Popular gifts are the RelaxaBliss Facial Oasis ($129), a Diego dalla Palma ritual or the Hand Facial ($98.93).
Is there an age minimum? Can 15–17-year-olds book?
Clients aged 15–17 are welcome for threading, brow tints, face and body waxing and facials with a parent or guardian's consent; we ask a parent or guardian to come to the first appointment. Brazilian and Hollywood waxing, lash lifts and SQT Bio Microneedling are for clients 18 and over. Under-15s aren't booked for services.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Just yourself, ideally with clean skin on the area being treated. Bring glasses and a lens case if you wear contacts and are booking a lash lift, a photo if you want a particular brow shape, your student ID for the student discount, and a list of the skincare or medications you use if you're booking a facial or SQT.
What if I can't find a time that works on Jane?
Add yourself to Mital's wait list on Jane App — you'll be notified if a slot opens up. You can also text +1 365 336 7271; small gaps between appointments don't always show online, especially for 10-minute threading. Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows.
Why does the booking page say Luna Aesthetics?
MK Elegance Studio operates inside Luna Aesthetics at 116 King St S and uses Luna's Jane App account for booking. Every MK Elegance Studio service appears under Mital and the MK Elegance Studio categories, so you're booking with MK Elegance Studio even though the page header says Luna Aesthetics.
