Terms of Use

By using this website or booking a service with MK Elegance Studio, you agree to these terms.

Prices and services

Prices shown on this website are taken from our Jane App booking page and are in Canadian dollars. Jane App is the source of truth; if a price here ever differs, the price shown in Jane when you book applies. Services marked “Book for pricing” are quoted on request. Promotions (such as the first-visit and student offers) have conditions; ask when you book.

Information on this website

Articles, FAQs and the Skin Ritual Finder are general information to help you choose a service. They are not medical advice or a diagnosis. If you have a medical skin condition, are pregnant or take prescription medication, speak to your doctor and tell us before your appointment.

Appointments

Please arrive on time and tell us about anything that could affect your treatment — allergies, medications, recent procedures, sunburn. We may decline or adapt a service if it isn’t safe on the day. See Booking & Policies for changing or cancelling an appointment and for our age and consent policy.

Third-party services

Booking is provided by Jane App and some pages embed Google Maps. Those services have their own terms. Brand names (Diego dalla Palma, RVB Skinlab, NaturMed, SwissMed, SQT, Jane) belong to their owners.
