Privacy Policy

MK Elegance Studio collects only the personal information it needs to book and provide your treatments, answer your questions and keep you safe during a service. We never sell it.

What we collect

Bookings. Appointments are booked through Jane App (lunaaesthetics.janeapp.com). Jane collects your name, contact details and any intake answers on our behalf and stores them under Jane’s own privacy policy (jane.app/privacy).

Contact form and messages. If you email, text, call or use the form on this website, we receive the details you send — usually your name, email or phone number and your message.

Treatment information. To treat you safely we may ask about allergies, medications (for example retinoids or isotretinoin), pregnancy and skin conditions. This is used only for your care.

This website. This site doesn’t use advertising trackers. The Google Maps embed on some pages may set Google cookies when it loads; if analytics are added later, this policy will be updated.

How we use and share it

We use your information to book and remind you about appointments, provide treatments, answer questions and keep required records. We share it only with the service providers that make this possible (Jane App for booking, our email and form providers) or where the law requires.

Photos

We never publish photos of clients without written consent. You can withdraw consent at any time and we’ll remove the image from our website and social media.

Your rights
